Fifth day of my 21 day challenge!

DAY 5:
Meditation:  I only meditated today for about 10 minutes, but I tried something a bit different today and used a mantra.  Just a simple one 'om' but elongating it with my exhalation and separating the sounds 'aaaaaaaaaaa-ooooooooooo-mmmmmmmmmmm' and focusing on the vibrations.  I found this very effective, and I was so relaxed afterwards!  I will do this more often I think but for longer tomorrow.
Exercise:  Because I was ill yesterday I decided to not do anything too intense instead I did some abdominal crunches, press-ups and squats in sets (20 crunches, followed by 20 side crunches, then 10 press-ups followed by 10 squats) and then repeat.  I did this 6 times.
Drawing/writing:  Today I proof-read and rewrote my fictional past life account, it now flows much more as a piece of writing.  I also drew up my tattoo designs neater so I could upload them to facebook and see what people thought, still doesn't look right though!  I am way too much of a perfectionist I think!
Do things for other people:  It was my Mum's birthday today so I offered to make dinner for the whole family - I made a mushroom and sweet potato curry served with rice.  This was really yummy and everyone loved it.  Happy bellies!  Oh and it was completely vegan so I proved to them all how awesome vegan food is!  I also made sure my Mum didn't have to do any washing up or anything all day, she deserved to relax.
Work on my business:  I made a tumblr and ebay account for my clothes label today, these need time to get up and running but I think I am looking at the end of next week when I have got some designs finished and to get the materials sorted.  I also had a look at wholesale t-shirts; I found a couple of places online that sold cotton t-shirts for 99p or more each!  I think it will be best to start off with getting 10-20 or so and seeing how well they do at being dyed and printed on and if they fill my requirements.
Overall an ace day!  I didn't go outside at all though so I think tomorrow I will go and do some outdoor exercise and get out and do some research for my label.  Maybe I can meditate outside too!  Weather permitting I think!  I am already feeling better and like I am actually progressing, even after only 5 days of the 21 day challenge.  I have had a small glitch at day 3 and 4, but I really think I am even more determined now!
