Poem 2. Spirits

Poem 2. Spirits

A Chapter by Daisie Vergara (Dhaye)
"

As a human being, it's natural for an individual to feel different emotions.

"

Anger…

Come and let me burst out

my rage upon the cause

of my tear .

Sadness…

Come and let me express my gloom

in the darkest hour of my day.

Come fill my world

with rain

as I cry out in pain.

Recovery…

Come and let me rise again

from falling.

Come fill my day

with rainbows

that can help me see

the colors of this world.

Joy…

Come hug me tight and let me laugh

for the victory is now at hand.

Give me the right to shout

and proclaim to the world

that I am conquering

the adversities in life.

Wow, congratulations. Not many people can share their ability to process life and it's steps of recognition of healing in such a profound way.
I felt your anger, sadness, recovery then joy......... each in a very real emotive way.
The last .......joy...I just wanted to dance and laugh and sing with you..... and I do so love a rainbow! Pilamia (Lakota for thank you.)

Again, thanks for the kind words. So enhancing and uplifting. :)
You did a nice job of putting down these emotions. We try to keep them in control but yes we all go through these emotions in life. And your poem shows you are aware of the things going on inside you that is important. We need to pull ourselves out of the anger and sadness as quickly as we can when they come upon us to stay positive. The best one is the Joy I just want to stay in the joy. So keep asking the universe help me to stay in the joy, ask the universe to come into you through your breath and bring you joy and strengthen you, bring in the energy to help you overcome and stay strong. Yeah stay in the Joy!

I agree with the poem. We must touch all emotion in a life. A wise person releases the bad thoughts and look for the good in the day. Thank you for sharing the positive poem.
