Chapter 66

Louisa walks into the waiting area. Leigh, Winnie, Mickey Robbie and Yvette are all sat together. Mickey sees Louisa, stands up and says "Hey, is everything ok?"
Louisa says "Yeah, everything is great. I've got a baby brother."
Mickey hugs Louisa and says "Congratulations."
Winnie says "That's lovely. What's his name?"
Louisa says "I don't know. He hasn't got one yet."
Mickey says "Why not?"
Louisa says "I don't know. Shannon was a bit busy to explain and I didn't ask."
Mickey says "Can we see him?"
Louisa says "Someone will let us know when we can go back in."
Mickey says "Why do we have to wait?"
Winnie says "Michaela, be patient. There are certain things that need to be done after a baby's born."
Mickey says "Like what?"
Yvette says "Tests on the baby and Shannon, and, erm, clean up."
Mickey says "Clean up?"
Louisa says "Shannon's just pushed a small person out of her. Don't you remember the video we watched in biology?"
Mickey says "Yeah. Oh. Oh, that's nasty."
Louisa says "Yeah, it is."
Leigh says "Where's Charlie?"
Louisa says "Bathroom. Shannon wouldn't let her leave the room."
Yvette says "Where'd Robbie go?"
