Chapter Seven - The Girl Who Lived

Chapter Seven - The Girl Who Lived

A Chapter by Taylor Ann

Grayson

The car swerved. Tires squealed. Glass shattered.

We were jolted forwards, slamming into the pole, as another car hit us from the back.

Skylar screamed, but it was cut short.

Tears blurred my vision as I looked over at her. Glass was tangled in her hair, as blood seeped from her head. My eyes widened, my heart racing.

“Skylar?” My voice was barely a whisper.

      She didn’t reply.

      Sirens blared. Everything blurred.

The moment her heart stopped beating, so did mine.

I didn't think the chapter needed more words than this. As I was typing this my vision blurred, because of the tears.
Enjoy.

I actually love that this is so short. It leaves you wanting the next chapter. It doesn't need any more words.
