A Chapter by Dani The Unreviewed
"

Has meaning...

"
He is the frost,
And the fire...it has a cost.
He owns the heart,
Cuts off a big part.
It knows how to be cold,
And he knows the word.
A trully cruel lie it told,
Tongue like a sword.
Wont save the world.
Where is the word?
Dream or reality,
It tells exactly,
What he wants to hear, badly.
No hope here, sadly.
Where is sanity?
A mark tattooed on my soul.
He is the thirst,
The glass you take first,
Filled with vine,
Like gold it can shine.
He is the scream,
Let out in a dream,
Forced back in my throat.
He is the vision,
It is the holy inquisition.
They both exist
I can't resist.
Question: who are you?
Answer: we are the ones,
Who dwell within,
Who wont let you win,
We must keep you in.
On their face, a grin,
They tempt to sin.
No running helps,
They set loose the hells.
He knows, he tells:
"Sound the bells."
Depart! i command.
On deaf ears falls my demand.
The wheel...turning... it began...

*cough* (smacks lips) Son, to me- this reads as a visit to "HELL" or an invitation to that "realm" *nodding head* It starts out with the frost &nd the fire- the frost and the fire READs to me as a "spirit" together it is the same "thing" but takes different shape/form. What split the heart in two is the "Demon" inside of the "narrators head" or whoever is going through this. He/She is watching their own heart split in half- by the demon. He/She hears "Voice's" that is not of his/her own. The Voice's lie to her. He/She suddenly lose sight of reality- and cast aside humanity. The voice's are too strong- it has taken over. It collected the "Narrators" Humanity- He/She is no longer sane. The drink is the blood of the Narrator. It sort of becomes a temporary addiction. The voice's overlap each other. The Dreams become a reality. WAKE Up. The frost and the Fire takes shape into a foam and force it's way inside of the "Narrator's Mouth" The Narrator is not the same person but He/She shares the same body- soul. "Who are you" He/She asks (herself) but a different VOICE answers him/her through his/her mouth. "We are the ones" - they breathe out of his/her lips - but he/she is still confused- over all.. how did it begin.. (This is what I got) *smiles* Am I wrong? (:
