Help!

Alex rushed toward the figures lying in the grass.

      “Have you seen Julia?!” He practically jumped on top of Aaron.

      “What? She’s at the house,” Claudia explained

      “No! I called and texted her and she didn’t answer. When I went to your house, I walked up the steps and the door was halfway open…” Alex trailed off with a scared look.

      Aaron slipped his hand into Claudia’s as they rushed back towards the house.

      They slipped inside Claudia’s house to loo for her missing sister. Claudia frantically looked around their room.

      “Julia? Julia!” Claudia called. Then, she found a note.

I think it's brilliant that you're building up the suspense. During these times, adding more details would really be good. :D
