children found them rather funny
balls in the hall
just like bouncing bunnies

Ahhh...this is adorable! I write poetry with my kids too, though with my son, now a teenager, I use a poem from time to time to apologize if I was harsh and then he would try to explain his behavior through poetry too :)

It is great when we can share our love of poetry with the next generation :)

This is a greatly constructed rhyme for children. Gives off a Dennis Lee meets Shel Silverstein vibe. I like it! Well done!
