A Chapter by Wonderful Letdown
"

How it feels to be constantly bullied and the affects it can have on the psyche.

"

Stifling walls,

Muffling all of the deadly whispers,

But still some reach my ears.

Silent tears roll down my face,

As I’m slowly dyin’.

I send up deafened plea’s,

For help that I so much need,

But they all go unanswered,

Just like all the rest.

No one knows how much it hurts,

Or how deep their words cut.

‘Cause I refuse to let it show,

Or give them what they want.

I still have my pride,

No one can take away my dignity.

My soul may be long past gone,

That doesn’t mean that I’ll give in.

Remember way back when?

The time where I watched as my soul slowly began to die,

I asked myself ‘Why me?’

Now this is my silent suicide,

By keeping everything inside.

Their deadly whispers are telling me,

what I am.

And y’know what?

They’re right.

Nothing,

                              Worthless.

That is what I am.

Forever and always.
