Swells/Bile (2 for 1)

I randomly texted these to a friend, and then, like an idiot, I accidentally erased them. Luckily, said person hadn't deleted them, and sent them -- easier than retrieving from a wet coat pocket:)

Swells --

Letting it swell
feeling it hit
crashing
throwing
battering
pulling me
under-
tow
me to the shore
someone!
breathe into me
drag me from
the weeds
and back onto
dry land.

BILE

Noxious bile rises
in my throat
how dare you?
enter my head
IT"S MINE --
I took it back!
You could have
had me but
you balled me up
and tossed me
crying into a wall
NEVER AGAIN!
it ain't your call.
