John F Kennedy (President #35) (1961-1963)

A Chapter by MandaBear
"

Thirty Fifth President of the United States of America

"
John F Kennedy is number 35.
He was the first Roman Catholic president.
He was assassinated.
Some say he is closely connected to Lincoln.

John F Kennedy was shot in a Lincoln car.
Lincoln was shot in Fords Theater.
He had a secretary named Lincoln.
Lincoln had a secretary named John. (connection?)

John F Kennedy once swam 4 hours to save a man.
(Strong arms and good body dont you think?)
The man was in the water because a Japanese ship split in half.
I guess he's didn't want to go down with the ship.

John F Kennedy was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for his book "Profiles in Courage".
At the time of his inauguration he was the youngest president (43) elected to the office.
At the time of his death two of his siblings had already died.
I guess his family had taken the bullet.

John F Kennedy served in the US Navy in WW2 and was blown up while on duty.
(I bet you that was not a blast)
He had 3 children with this wife Jackie.
He had an older sister that was a special needs child.
His father served as ambassador to England.

This is John F Kennedy number 35.
He was blown up, shot up and built up.
He had many deaths in this family including his own.
A young soul taken far too soon.

Great job on Kennedy. He was a brave man who gave his life for his country, just as all who serve in office do.
