My Lovely Rose-II

In Terza Rima Form...I think

She, my lovely rose, without the bloody thorn

A sweet serene tune strumming on my heart string

Fresh morn’s dew and dawn’s delight as day is born

 

The solitaire prize of my love’s eternal ring

That shines an ardent glow of her feervent hues

Skylark song, her homely heart to mine does sing

 

She, the shelter, the oasis from my bedouin blues

The balm and comforting cure from every strife

With ardor and elan, my life does she infuse

 

My love, my friend, my soul-mate partner for life

Voted queen is she, my dear beloved wife
