CHAPTER NINE

“I LIKE YOU.” Yes, I confessed to Jacey. But it’s true! I’m really not the kind of girl who’ll keep my feelings. It’ll just bother me and will just make my heart explode. We’ve been talking for months already, and I felt like there’s something growing between us. Maybe it was just really me. I guess I made a wrong move.

He finally replied back: i… I don’t know what to say?

Me:      What do you mean?

Him:    i don’t know…

Me:      I just want you mine.

OH MY GOD WHAT DID I SAY? WHY DID I SAY THAT?

Him:    i don’t know if I can return it to u though.

I didn’t reply anymore. I screwed up things again. I can never keep my damn mouth shut! But that really made me cry like hell. First time I felt the deep sinking feeling in my chest and it literally hurts. I didn’t expect to be rejected, I didn’t expect that a broken heart hurt that much.

He texted again: but maybe we can try to figure things out?

Me:      Im cryiiiingggg

Him:    hey don’t cry. i hate to think of the fact that I made u cry.

I didn’t know what to feel, like everything went so quick. I never planned this, I never thought of what might happen, and I never planned of what to do after this and after that. Like, I’m the type of person who goes with the fl--- someone texted me; it’s not Jacey but Dane.

                        Friday night @ the PP?

Me:      I don’t know Dane, I’m sorry. I’m kinda busy in school. I don’t know if I can make it to the party place.

Him:    But it’s still 4 days far from Friday. I hope you can make your stuffs done ASAP so. =)

Me:      I’ll try. Thanks for inviting though. Oh, is Empress coming?

Him:    ALWAYS.

Me:      Ok then, yeah, I’ll try.

Him:    C’ya!

Oh well, Dane’s really like that. He’s a funny, cute, hot, (because every time he smiles at me, there’s this something that I never saw when he smiles to someone else. And the way he looks at me, it makes me melt inside…) but I don’t like him. A lot of girls are chasing for him especially at the PP but he’s just ignoring them. I don’t know why he’s so interested in me. Maybe his charisma never worked at me. I wonder what Jacey looks like. Is he hot? Does he also have a hot-guy smile like Dane’s?

Me:      Jacey, are you there?

Him:    yeah y?

Me:      What are you doing? I’m bored.

Him:    paper works

Me:      Work? Like what?

Him:    secret. J

Me:      Telling me your work won’t harm you.

Him:    it will.

Me:      No joke.

Him:    drugs and prostitution. HAHA!

Me:      Whoa, that’s a tiring one huh. Like those prostitutes are applying to you. And hello, I don’t think there are paper works there.

Him:    since I’m the boss, i have to test them first. :D

Me:      GROSS. Go away

Him:    i was just kidding. HAHA! it’s  all about cars and stuffs. So yeah.

Me:      I thought it’s real because I’d apply.

Him:    O.O

Me:      Kidding, we’re fair now. HAHA! :P

Him:    PFT.

Me:      Can we meet? Maybe?

Him:    nope.

Me:      Ok then.

I felt like he’s hiding something from me. Figure things out? But he’s not even willing to open up. This is confusing. It’s confusing yet I’m okay with it.
