Litter Red Riding Hood

Did the countryside

No possible good

Plastic bags and dirty rags

Coffee cups from Timmy Horton  

Tin cans and ketchup bottles

Hamburger bags she was sportin

Old newspapers that she’d scatter

Wherever didn’t seem to matter

Empty cereal boxes, left astrew

For her was nothing new

 

People finally complained to her Gramma

Even the wolf started to yamma

Then a citizen group was formed

With Little Red being sternly warned

 

It seemed their effort was for naught

She continued to litter every spot

Till, in an effort to refrain’er

The community purchased

A garbage container

The litter problem

Has since gone away

The container was needed

For only one day

Because of hauling

Litter Red away
