I found out why happiness is so hard to catch.  It's the shadow of your existence.  Even when you bathe in the light of love's fire, shadows cast away from you.

but yes, happiness is hard to catch...i think we would rather just make a deal with it...see if it may hang around for awhile...without trying to bottle it.

I think to try to catch something that resides inside of ourselves will only end in failure. To "find" happiness, we only have to embrace it
