After you

It finally happened! My long life dream. I pulled up to a four-way stop and was met by a student driver adjacent from me at the four-way. Now I clearly know I stopped first, but that's where the fun begins :). I just sat there looking at them. The student driver sat there looking at me. After about thirty seconds the student driver instructor waved me on. I just smiled and sat there. Now I know what was going through both of their heads. The student didn't want to upset the instructor by going first when they stopped second and the instructor​ didn't want to teach the student to break the rules....But they both wanted to :P.
