Get outta my sight

A demand i've heard so many times from my parents...and then ignorance started again.

You may wonder.
On a lot of things i ponder,
On here, and off here.
But not many times
I wrote about their lies.

Maybe cause it aint right,
No. Its cause it don't hurt no more.
Their lies from the time,
Constant fights,
Givin me the frights...
Now its all ice cold ignorance,
Takin...cancelin all the flights.

For once,
All the fightin put aside,
Tellin me "Get outta my sight"
It aint no pain,
Just some great word,
Comin from a worm,
Thinkin he holds the world.

Thats my family,
If we can call this a family.

Its not nice witnessing confrontation especially within the family but sometimes even the arguments are preferable to silence that hangs in the air like a weighty curtain on all the shoulders of the household. Silence can be louder than words since it is imbued with the words that are unsaid. It has that cold indifference to it which angry words lack.

Wow! This is raw emotion coming out on paper and I could feel the turmoil
within the words:( I can relate to this piece a whole lot, more then I'd like too
that's for sure! With that being said hang in there my friend and try to find
bits and pieces of happiness and I will pray they build to a ton of happy things:)
