Staring in the eyes of darkness

In the eyes,
That stare, from behind the cries,
They stare back at me,
A never ending circle,
Why did the sky turn purple?
Or is it just a dream?
Maybe a nightmare?

In the black night, sparkling flares,
Seems like someone still dares,
To hope they get saved,
But will anyone care?
Hopes die, with the sparks they fly,
And turn into smoke,
That was all for hope.

The epidem alarm is screaming...
The noise stretched out long,
Climbing up,
And slowly going down.

The infection now spread,
The world dead,
Hey kid, where's your dad?
It feels like dread.
Or am I just dead?
Its fight for ourselves,
Free for all, stand up and fall.

A moment wasted,
Someone's scull busted,
Jesus!
God!
Allah!
They scream,
Before they explode into cream.
Welcome to a never ending dream,
Or is it just a nightmare?
Another, from the many,
That we all call reality.

[Coyote Poetry]

The poem create many meaning and thoughts.
"The infection now spread,

Had the feel of war and struggle. I did like the honest tone leading to the true ending. No-one will win with violence and war as the world lead. Powerful thoughts left the reader with many things to think about. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

Yeah, i see what people go through in a war zone... All the more, since our country and the neighboring countries are being flooded by people, running away from war, from inhuman circumstances... More than a thousand people are caught crossing the border illegaly every single day. I see entire families, kids, parents, young and old. I feel sorry for them... But then again, europe can't solve all of the world's problem. That's why, i keep writing, and writing, for peace. Those people lost their homes, they lost their hopes, and now they come here... While we can help some of them, we can't help everyone.... And it would be better for all, if they could stay in their homeland, safe, and sound, with their friends and families. But the west is trigger happy, and keep the warmachine going.

I was a soldier. I saw the old countries before their great cities destroyed. War had no conscious. Women, old people and children pay for the hate of man. Not only the USA support war. Rich Arabic countries share money and guns. A mess-up Middle East made them forget. There are countries swimming in wealth and do not support them. Time to bring the Soldiers home and rebirth the homeland of the homeless. Middle East fix own problems. There is wealth that can be use to rebuilt. I pray for better day. No-one win in war.

I didn't only mean the U.S.A when i said "west". And i know that the us says they want to eradicate terrorist groups, and keep peace... But do ask a few people, who live there, and ask who is the terrorist? the us does somethin instead of Nothin... Is it better or worse than stayin out of it all? who knows. But i do know, that the presence of soldiers are really not helpful in resolving the situation. The leaders of the people who live there, should be left to clean up, but since most of the world helped messing it all up, it is everyone's duty, to help them. But, i say again, bullets flying around, is not the solution. You can't keep peace with guns. As for their wealth... Oil wont be around for too long...so they better start using it, for the right reasons, before it all runs dry.

I was a Soldiers. Soldier don't bring peace. In 1994. The L.A riots. My division was send to L.A loaded with ammo and told to kill and stop the riots. I had more ammo than in the war area. Big government want us to fight between each other. Why do the peace-keeper like Martin Luther Kind get murdered. No profit in peace. He was seeking peace and equality. Middle East don't need the west. Poor leadership sponsored by the contractors. When the poor and meek work together toward peace. Can happen?

I never said they need the west. But the west helped to mess everything up. And lately they work on messing up the conflicts in ukrain even more... They helped mess up the conflicts in Yugoslavia, and they ended up, bombing it. But... Here's the twist! they bombed the areas, where the minorities lived...creating even more chaos. Now the serbs and croatians consider each other as sworn enemies. And the hungarian minorities living on the territories of the former yugoslavia... Well, they are hated by everyone. But another twist is, that Serbia, got a huge piece from our country after the first world war ended. Romania also took a huge bite, so did slovakia, and a few more. There a lot of hungarians in ukrain too, thereor, i am concerned about the conflicts there. The truth is, that before the first world war, Hungary was three times bigger than it is now...two thirds of territories taken... Two thirds of land, that were ours for more than a millenia. Again, i don't believe that we humans have ownership of the lands we live on...but, it is still cruel, and i still hate that cursed peace contract, that sliced my country to pieces. How does it all come together? simple... By that, many countries have hungarian minorities... And most of them hate us, generally. Not just us, but almost all minorities. Some even managed to create conflicts between those minorities... And by that...my people suffer. Not just mine, but all of them. And the west helped to fuel that hatred even more. Anyway, it's a very long story.

Yeah, it is nasty, over complicated with stinking lies of politicians. I better leave it all alone, before i go "missing" lol. Anyway, russia didn't really help it either... But again, it seems too complicated for my mind. So lets leave it at that. If humanity was smart, then we'd put aside all the so called differences... But humanity is stupid, and it's becoming even more stupid.

I agree my friend. A confuse race can be controlled by the media. I like the old quote. "If you dumb-side the people. You can control them. Time for all people to be pissed off. Poor leadership will lead us to a bad ending. New weapons are dangerous and scary.

Yeah...i mean, what happens when russia and the west get pissed off at each other...for good... and then it's nuke time... End of the world as we know it. Well, it wont be that fast...it will bring unimaginable suffering, before the end... So...the "global society" must do something, to stop it all, dead in the tracks, before the situation gets completely out of hand. When it does... It's free for all.

A war and its aftermath......This is tragic.The use of words and exclamation really made me picturise the whole scenario as to how the people affected must be weeping,wailing and screaming.What would have been happening there.The reference to modern modes of warfare and purple sky is totally apt.You have got an eye for war.......Strong write,Danny!;D

Nobody expects you to care about it, but you do. That shows to me that you have a huge heart :) every voice shouting for peace counts :) Maybe if we would all do it, then most of the wars would not even get started, and maybe those that take place right now, would be ended.
