Doodles

A Chapter by Dr. YumnaKay
"

Experimental. Evening scribbles. Spontaneous write.

"
Somewhere amidst the piercing cries,
you lost me,
and all that remains, are the doodles
I made on my skin

Yes, experimental, very spontaneous and experienced I would say, because one won't think what Your words mean, but instead just enjoy the emotions it create, with a tender and deeply wistful touch You've expressed Your yearning and sad heart, yet another lovely piece, thank You*

Scars and wounds. Lasting items to remind us we had lived and paid for our sins and deeds. I liked this poem. Thank you dear friend for sharing the excellent poetry.

You are welcome dear friend.
If only pain could be wiped away easily, if only hurt could be waved in the air so would evaporate into the vast out there. But, it doesn't, does it..

The doodles you write of are the un-laughter lines of love.. Beautiful sadness..

Your writing grows every month... beautifully. x
Isn't it strange how something always seems to remain at the end of a relationship.
This was very short, but said so much.
I loved it.

Aye, strange indeed... thank you so much for your words here. Glad you like it (:
Marking the skin superficially - even temporarily with the finger nail by depressing it and depriving it of blood - branding ourselves as theirs are doodles that go psyche-deep ironically.
A realatable piece here Yumna.
