Oozing

Oozing

A Chapter by Dr. YumnaKay

Words, fragmented ... still they broke me

yours, pierced ... holding stitches on my side

which constantly bleeds, oozing...

feelings, evoked ... mere vapours ~

wisps; evaporated ...

your words ~ my undoing.

Thank you, Surya. Glad you liked it 😊
This is an interesting assortment of tactile observations conveyed using good imagery. I like the word arrangements that combine sights & sounds (evoked, evaporated, vapours) of the actual words themselves being part of the imagery.

Thank you for your interpretation of this piece, BG. Always appreciate it 😊
Sharp, painful, to the point... Good example of less is more... and pointing up the power of words...

Power of words, yeah that's how it is..
Thank you for appreciating, Jibey.
Intense! Bleeding, piercing words- excellent metaphor and fragmentation of lines as illustration of the imagery. If words could kill....and they can! Very well-written!
