Bringing Back the Dead

Bringing Back the Dead

A Chapter by DavidRyanM

The day his mother passed away, he lied on her bed,
playing with the music box that she had loved for as long
as he could remember. He sprayed her perfume until the
scent filled the room and, when it dissipated, he would do
it again. He thought he heard her voice, and slept until the
next morning.

Brilliant darling. This seems like something I would easily find myself doing in the absence of someone, especially a parental figure. I loved how fluid it al was, it really captured that daze some people go through when they lose a loved one. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it more than twice.
