So you have a girlfriend, who's planning to wait the two years until you come back from where ever you're sent.

I have no choice but to wait two years, since I won't be off at college until then.

You know what? If she actually waits the two years--not being forced to wait--then I think she deserves to be with you. Any girl and guy that can let their relationship wait is impressive. Statistics say she will be married or have changed her mind by the time you get back.

I'm not counting on marrying you. In fact, I think I'm just glad to have met you and glad that we became friends.
