Global Futbol’s World Challenge

Qualifications are now completed for Global Futbol’s first tournament. Though it was initially called a World Cup, GF has decided to call it a World Challenge. FIFA sued GF for the use of the trademark name. With the case still in the courts, GF decided to alter the name until the final ruling.

According to sources inside FIFA, GF looks set to win that as FIFA’s ownership of the trademark “World Cup” was incorrectly submitted. For now, the World Challenge will take effect in Germany. The qualifying teams are as follows:

Italy

Spain

France

Portugal

Japan

Trinidad and Tobago

Netherlands

Mexico

Ukraine

Ecuador

Argentina

Czech Republic

Paraguay

USA

Croatia

Brazil

Saudi Arabia

Switzerland

Sweden

Serbia

Cote d’Ivoire

Angola

Germany

Costa Rica

Togo

England

South Korea
