You know what I don't like people do?  I've always been bothered by this when people call other people "bible thumpers" or something similar just because that person follows God.  I honestly don't want people to see me like that.  I don't want a label on me, even though it's probably inevitable.  I want people to understand I am just like them!  We are all in this world together, faced with different situations, but we all have something in common.  That is a loving God.

I want to tell you about a friend I know.  Yes I have friends!  She's a year or 2 older than me.  I've never seen someone so willing to take on so much responsibility to take care of children in need of someone's care.  I admire her so much for that.  I don't know if she realizes this or not, but God loves that!  As Rick Warren said in his book, "We serve God, by serving others."  Like I've said before, we were all put onto this world by God.  And it is our God given responsibility to help others.  I'll admit, I hate it when people point out something I'm doing wrong.  I don't want to hear it, but it's the truth.  It's all for the better.  Just like some people get pissed off with Christians b/c we talk about Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and God so much.  Deep down inside they know it's the truth, they don't want to hear it.  Their faith in Jesus is being held down by sin, keeping them distant from God, and the last thing they want to hear, is the truth.  It just goes to show you we all have a spirit.

I often wonder what it's going to be like when Jesus comes back.  It could possibly be in my life, or several hundred years after I'm gone.  Let me tell you something about when He comes back.  There's not going to be any of this... "Uh oh!  Jesus is back!  Now we should stop what we're doing and turn from sin."  By then my friend, it will be too late.  It doesn't work like that.  Live everyday as though Jesus we're coming tomorrow!

He has a never ending love for us.  Can you feel it?  Ask Him to come into your life.
