[ CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SET ] * * * These entries are Rated: TEEN Here are 10 more unusual and bizarre dreams I have recorded. And like the others - they seem to go all over the place. KNIFE CHECK [1] I dreamed I was given 2 pocketknives for my Birthday or some other gift-giving holiday. I know I entered in the front door and there was a party in progress. The doorkeeper asked if I had any knives and I said 2. He removed them from my person and using a tape measure determined the length of each blade. Apparently I passed this odd little test. As I entered I noticed this mirrored ball above me - and suddenly it broke loose and was headed straight for me, my legs wouldn't work and I could only stare up at it. I woke up in a shock. ALTERNATE DEFENDER [2] Definitely dreaming weird stuff. Michael, a friend of mine from the distant past - it showed me him as a child - but born with no legs. He defends me in later years against bullies - which is not what happened in real life. EARTH CHILL ZONE [3] Dreamed the planet of Earth was turning to ice cause the sun got too hot and it burned out. I remember seeing everything outside was BLUE. It was really quite pretty, but well past the freezing zone outside and you could freeze to death in mere seconds without protective clothing. People outside were looting stores of winter goods and canned foods. Quite a riot really. [?] A good dream. A new way of handling bullies. I'm now given a REWIND button to my dreams, and if I can remember to use it, I can pause the action, rewind, and choose a different course of action. INTELLIGENT ELECTRICITY [4] Dreamed I was working for a videogame company. I was just full of ideas and it seemed like I could change the course of evolution with videogames by inserting this special code for the game. The problem is, the code wasn't perfect and it launched out from the power socket to shock and electrocute all those people who got upgraded - and this was my fault. KNOW YOUR PERMUTATIONS [5] Dreamed I was somehow living in the distant past, but it wasn't Earth, but a different type of Earth-like plane with the exception of these colored stones that cast spells from a permutation. I knew of all the 3-level permutations so I cast them all against my assailants. Red Yellow Blue, RBY, BRY, BYR, YRB, YBR. A perfect set of attacking arrangements. MANY WISHES [6] Dreamed it was my Birthday and I was entitled to not 1, 2, or 3 wishes but as many wishes as I was old. Wow ! That got my brain to thinking so I hurriedly jotted down and penned the 30-wishes I wanted well into the wee hours of the night. As the dream portrayed me as 30 so I would receive just as many wishes.. But there was a problem. Once I turned in my wish list the next day. The fellow, a leprechaun, returned back to his cave in another dimension and wouldn't reappear until the next 10-years. I had lost my chance of wishes cause I took too much time trying to figure out what I wanted. But I knew I'd be ready next time on my 40th Birthday. LOST COFFEE CUP [7] I had lost my Dad's favorite coffee cup. He said I better find it, so I tore up most of the house looking for it. Finally tired and ready for a break, I reached for a glass from the cupboard - and there was Dad's coffee mug ! It was not lost apparently and I learned from this, more common sense, less being dense. [8] ODD MENSA PARTY Weird dream where at MENSA, they were having a get-together regarding smelling LIVE insects. I smirked and said that's a good way to get insect larvae up your nose. TASERED AT PARTY [9] I dreamed I was an 18-wheeler driver and I wasn't doing a good job, not staying on the right side of the road. Suddenly I bring the vehicle to a complete stop cause straight ahead in the headlights, I can see there is a party taking place, and someone lounging in a lounge chair right across the road. Then the police came and arrested everyone. Right then I changed places with one of the girls getting tasered. I remember falling into the arms of the policewoman and she picks me and walks over to the paddy wagon, finally tapping it 3x, we're going to jail and I wake up. SHARK ATTACK [10] Nightmare. People are being eaten by a hybrid sharks that have no bones, only very sharp teeth. so they can climb through the toilet or the sink. Definitely a bad scary dream. Several years ago, I had a disturbing dream about a knife. The next day, I had to go outside with my grandmother and help cut or break some tree branches and some other stuff. Then, she had me give her a kitchen knife to cut something in the yard. Either way, it creeped me out. I can't remember everything but I do remember being somewhat unnerved. BTW: That Leprechaun is creepy-looking.

I don't know if there is such a thing as a cute Leprechaun. And yes, a dream with a knife - disturbing. Recommend warm milk & honey before you go to bed for a good night's sleep. :)

I know you might be tempted to use paper & pencil, Arzel, but to really get it right where it's quick and fast, use an audio recorder. They've gone way down in price. You can get them for about $30 now.
